All of our products are handmade to order so please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail’s tracked service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched.

We hope you love your items, however if you would like to make a return please email us at hello@meggieshome.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You will then have 14 days to return the item once the request has been approved. Please note that returns costs are the customers responsibility. When returning your order, we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. All items must be returned unused and in its original condition. The refund will be processed once the items have been returned and inspected.

Faulty item

If an item is delivered faulty, please email us at hello@meggieshome.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
